Orders are not cancellable nor returnable once shipped out of our fulfillment center. If possible, contact us within 1 business day after your order placed.


We stand behind our line, all our products are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee for quality issues (effective from the date of delivery). We replace or refund for MANUFACTRING DEFECT, PACKING ERROR, MISSING PARTS, MISSING IN TRANSIT, WRONG ITEM DILIVERED, WRONG WEB DESCRIPTION. We hold no liability for cases like normal wear and tear, malicious damage after delivery or damage result from improper wearing method.

TIPS: Before try-on, we recommend having a check to ensure the item is in good condition and is exactly what you ordered (For hygienic reasons, next-to-skin apparel would be non-returnable after first trial.

To complete a refund/replacement request, email our Customer Care team service@jqsocks.com enclosed with the following:

1. Order number
2. Written details of damage
3. Photo proof which clearly show the damage/wrong item received

Upon receipt of the above, we will reply you within 24 hours. Once your request accepted, we will either offer free same replacement or other equivalent replacement (tracking info will be provided) for your choice or, if preferred, refund your payment.

If refund honored, it may take 3-7 business days return to your payment account. Do check with your bank if not display within this period.
